Dr. Emily Williams is the Director of Educational Research Analysis & Consultation, LLC (ERAC, LLC). She brings over thirty years of expertise to this work having served for a decade as a grants director, program coordinator, artist, and community activist before coming to the world of academia in the early 1990s.
Dr. Williams will expertly guide your organization, institution, business, and/or corporation through an in-depth review of your needs and intended outcomes based on her thirty years of experience in the following professional work experiences and roles: grants director, conference director, program director, interim provost and vice president of academic affairs, vice president of academic affairs, vice provost of assessment and curriculum, inaugural academic dean, department chair, and faculty member.
Her expertise extends beyond the academic, governmental, and nonprofit landscapes in her continued service as a board and committee member with organizations as varied as community health boards, international accrediting organizations, and community cultural organizations. She has served as a member of national grants review panels and written successfully funded proposals, securing millions of dollars, throughout her professional career.
A Fulbright Scholar, Dr. Williams holds a doctorate degree from Clark Atlanta University and certification in Management and Leadership in Higher Education from Harvard University.
